Barks

CCP’s barks are made up of single-origin chocolates, are house-blend dark and milk chocolates, and our premium white chocolate. Featured here is CCP’s organic blue berry and milk chocolate.

Other bark combinations include: apricot, roasted pumpkin seed and sea salt; organic crystallized ginger; date and coconut; dried red cherry and cashews, in a varienty of CCP’s chocolate.

CCP’s notable chocolate covered almonds are roasted then caramelized in butter, sugar and sea salt then coated in dark chocolate and finished with icing sugar and cocoa powder.
