CCP’s bon bons are made fresh daily and include ingredient combinations such as: vanilla bean cream white chocolate ganache (featured here as CCP’s Signature Chocolate); tequila organic lime and hot pepper; Manitoba red beet with pepper, caraway seed and sea salt; Manitoba maple syrup, fresh cream and butter; ginger milk chocolate; anise spice fig and orange; banana port and caramelized hazelnut bits.

CCP’s single-origin chocolate include: Ghana (40.5%), Java (32.9%), Grenade (60%), St. Dominque (70%), Tanzanie (75%), Mexique (66%) and Cuba (70%), and CCP’s single-plantation chocolate includes 2008 Madagascar (65%), 2008 Peru (65%), 2007 Trinidad (65%).
